Mr. Sollers

Students come into the computer lab excited and ready to learn. Each student is assigned a computer that they use throughout the school year. They also are given an individual username and password that enables them to save their work on the computer network.

Students have one 50 minute computer class a week where they work on keyboarding skills, various software programs and the Internet based on their grade level.

Kindergartners will work on basic computer terminology such as the parts of the computer, using the mouse and touchpad to move the cursor, using special keys on the keyboard, opening and closing software programs, and using the Internet.
